Van Wert Civic Theatre participated in the 2010 Northwest OCTAFest in Findlay on June 12-13. Congratulations to Doug Grooms who received a Merit in Directing award, Jewell Kurtz who  received an Excellence in Acting award, and the cast who received an Excellence in Ensemble award, for their excerpt of Almost, Maine. The show was also invited as the alternate to the OCTA State Conference Labor Day weekend in Perrysburg. Way to go!
